권낙기 long term political prisoner of conscience

Today, I met a long term political prisoner of conscience. For violating the National Security Law, he was imprisoned at 26, released at 44. Those that kept him, did all to extinguish his spirit. He never renounced his beliefs.

“A person is not born; a person is made. Days, weeks, months, years, they made me into a person.”

The moments we are given are precious. The way we live them make us. How will we live them?
